Space in a city is a finite resource and a very limited commodity. Especially spaces for informal use are critical socio-cultural places and the basis for education. Over time and since the pandemic, the availability of these spaces has decreased more and more. A unique space at TU Wien that is used as a place for working on projects, learning, building models, and holding exhibitions and workshops became the platform and epicenter for a generation of students who valued interaction and exchange as they tackled architecture studies. This space that used to be very crowded has become a very empty and awfully quiet place since online teaching.

The work documents this eerie absence of students and teachers with impressions of different scenes that put the otherwise busy place in a new light and try to underline the importance of those places.
